Academic Terms and Conditions

1. Institutional Enrollment Agreement
By registering for or participating in courses offered by LaRoche Skills Institute ("Institute", "we", "us"), students and corporate sponsors agree to comply with the terms and academic policies set forth herein.
2. Non-Affiliation & Trademark Disclosures
LaRoche Skills Institute is an independent technical training academy. We have no sponsorship, partnership, or authorization agreements with VMware, Broadcom, or Rob de Veij. Any reference to RVTools, VMware vSphere, ESXi, or other third-party products is purely nominative fair use for descriptive educational purposes.
3. Academic Integrity & Lab Use
Access to institute laboratory systems is provided solely for educational exercises during the course term. Attempting unauthorized penetration, denial of service, or extraction of software packages from lab systems constitutes grounds for immediate expulsion without refund.
4. Tuition, Invoicing, and Withdrawal
Course tuition is invoiced upon registration confirmation according to the formal quotation provided. Written notice of withdrawal must be submitted at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to course start to qualify for a tuition transfer or refund less administrative lab provisioning charges.
5. Limitation of Liability
LaRoche Skills Institute provides technical education and lab simulation for professional improvement. The Institute makes no warranties regarding employment outcomes or operational performance of student-managed production systems. In no event shall the Institute be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, USA.
